At HideARC, we take great pride in the quality, comfort, and craftsmanship of our products. As part of our store policy, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.

No Returns
• Due to hygiene, customization, and limited-edition nature of our clothing, we do not accept returns on any items.
• Please ensure you to check sizing, color, and product details carefully before placing your order.
Exceptions (Only in Case of Defects)

In rare cases where you receive:
• A damaged, defective, or wrong item,
you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Clear images of the product and packaging
• Your Order ID and contact information

If approved, we may offer:
• Exchange for the same product (subject to availability).

No exchanges will be processed after 24 hours of delivery or if the item is used or without proper proof.
